The Fishing Village of Cojimar
The Fishing Village of Cojimar
This piece is part of Michal Greenboim's “A Day in Cuba" series. These artworks were taken while simply responding to the world during a trip to Cuba, as if a visual journal.
Not even, the smooth, uneventful ride to the ferry terminal of Casa Blanca could prepare a newcomer to the awe- inspiring stillness ofCojimar. The local fishermen expertly master age-old fish catching techniques as they artfully throw nets out to sea. Often organized in cooperatives, their catches are used for commercial purposes.
These high quality prints are created using RA-4 Tradition Continuous Tone Photographic Printing on matte finish FUJI Crystal Archival Paper. They will arrive unframed and accompanied by a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
